ROCKFORD, Ill (WTVO) — A Rockford man riding a dirt bike was arrested following a traffic stop Friday, July 10, according to the Rockford Police Department.
Police said that around 8:40 p.m., officers observed 39-year-old Dwayne Williams riding a dirt bike near Kishwaukee and Ranger.
