Development team includes brothers behind Olivo businesses
ROCKFORD — Work has begun to build the first homes in a subdivision that was started nearly 20 years ago but halted by the onset of the Great Recession.
The development partners behind the future Greenway Meadows subdivision broke ground on Monday on the first homes to be built along Ashwindale Lane, which is south of Linden Road and west of 35th Street across from PCI Pharma Services new packaging facility.
Up to 40 homes could fill the subdivision in the next few years…
