The owner of The Coop Chicken Fingers — a new restaurant for Wichita — has chosen a firm opening date.
Eliot McDonald, who said earlier this month that the restaurant would open this week in the old Schlotzsky’s building at 1140 S. Rock Road, says he will open the doors to the new restaurant on Friday.
He also shared that he’s chosen a location for his next Wichita-area restaurant. He’s taking over the old KFC building at 2003 W. Central Ave. in El Dorado, which has been vacant since the restaurant closed early this year. McDonald hopes to have a location of The Coop open there by October…
