NEWBURGH, Ind. (WFIE) – Tuesday marked one final ‘Bike Night’ for the Newburgh staple known as Crickets. This, after the owner, Brad Berkemeier, announced the bar was closing its doors.
Those at the bar say they’re sad to see it go and were happy to remember the good times they had.
“It’s just a great atmosphere and the bar is just a natural place to come to and enjoy an evening. My son had his bachelor party group come to celebrate here and basically the entire bar celebrated with us until 3:00 in the morning (laughs).”…
