NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Metro police have arrested the suspect accused of shooting a man in broad daylight in the Fisk/Meharry neighborhood of Nashville.
According to arrest documents, shortly before 3:30 p.m. on July 7, Metro police responded to Andrew Jackson Courts on Blank Street, where a man was found shot. Investigators also found several shell casings nearby.
During the investigation, detectives reviewed security camera footage showing the suspect tucking an object into his waistband and fleeing from the shooting scene on a black electric scooter. Investigators reviewed additional security footage from prior to the shooting, which showed the same man–identified as Bobby Harvell, 42–leaving his apartment in the Andrew Jackson Courts just before the incident…
