Two nurses at Omaha clinic disciplined for violations, Nebraska AG says

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Two nurses at an Omaha clinic are facing disciplinary charges from the office of Nebraska’s Attorney General.

A release from AG Mike Hilgers’ office says two nurses at Endless Journey Hospice in Omaha, identified as Melanie Costlow and Nicole Beck, are facing disciplinary charges. Costlow is the owner of the clinic and Beck is the former Executive Director.

The charges alleged that narcotics belonging to dead patients were stored in an unlocked cabinet at the hospice’s Omaha office, and that staff used medications from the supply without proper prescriptions…
