OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A frustrating internet outage is going into a second week in a West Omaha neighborhood. Customers of CenturyLink say the disruption has affected nearly every aspect of their daily lives.
Sarah Boaz has been without service for nearly nine days. The outage has taken out more than just her internet connection.
