MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Rock County announced on Tuesday that a Disaster Recovery Center is now open to assist people affected by the April storms.
The center will be located at the Dr. Daniel Hale Williams Resource Center at 1717 Center Avenue in Janesville.
