BOCA RATON, Fla. (CBS12) — Boca Raton is one of the most expensive college towns in the country, according to a new Redfin report, even as home prices there are moving in the opposite direction.
The South Florida city, home to Florida Atlantic University, ranked No. 2 on Redfin’s list of the most expensive college towns by median home-sale price. Boca Raton’s median home sale price was $820,000 for the three months ending in May 2026, according to Redfin.
That trails only Santa Barbara, California, home to the University of California, Santa Barbara, where the median home sale price was $1.9 million…
