WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A new locally owned restaurant is serving up fresh Mexican favorites in the heart of downtown Wichita.
Chilaquiles Tacos and More recently opened with a fast-casual concept designed for busy downtown workers and residents looking for a quick meal without sacrificing quality. Owner, Mara Garza, said her passion for cooking inspired the restaurant, creating a convenient spot where everything is made fresh from scratch. Mara also owns another popular restaurant in Wichita, Molino’s. The restaurant’s signature dish is its chilaquiles, which can be customized with steak, chicken or pork and topped with your choice of red or green salsa. Guests can also add an egg for a breakfast-inspired twist. In addition to its namesake dish, the menu features tacos, burritos, bowls, nachos and the popular pirata.
