NEW YORK (WPIX) – A foodborne illness is making waves across the country amid nearly 7,000estimated cases of Americans dealing with the stomach parasite cyclospora.
The cyclosporiasis outbreak is caused by a microscopic parasite that can contaminate food and water, including raspberries, lettuce and other produce.
