Man pleads guilty in June 2025 crash off Edmonds ferry dock that killed 2

EDMONDS, Wash. — The man accused of driving off the Edmonds ferry dock and killing two people while attempting to flee police last June pleaded guilty in court Wednesday afternoon.

William Russell-Leonard fled from two attempted traffic stops before driving off the ferry dock and plunging into the water on June 17, 2025, according to Snohomish County prosecutors.
