Ray Williams was wrapping up a day of work at My Cuts Barbershop on East Main Street on Tuesday when he got a text message asking him to cut hair for someone he never expected — Grammy-nominated singer Mike Posner.
Williams said he thought the request was fake, until a deposit came through and he realized it was real.
“His manager reached out to me. He said that he found me on Instagram, and that he checked out a couple of Buffalo barbers’ profiles but loved my work,” Williams said…
