Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, announces that it secured $12.66 million to refinance Mirage Bay, a 137-unit garden-style multifamily community in Fort Myers, Florida.
Senior Managing Director Mitch Sinberg, Managing Directors Scott Wadler, Matt Robbins and Brad Williamson of Berkadia Miami and Boca Raton secured the financing on behalf of the sponsor, Rich Properties, a South Florida-based real estate investment and development firm.
