CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A pedestrian who tried to take the keys from an unconscious driver was allegedly hit when that driver woke up and tried to take off.
Lily Pharo, 18, faces aggravated vehicular assault, OVI and traffic charges.
According to the police report, Pharo was unconscious in her running vehicle on Ryan’s Way in Blue Ash on July 3. The pedestrian knocked on her window and woke her up.
