Fire Damages Four Arden Condominium Units; Firefighters Rescue Dog

ARDEN, Calif. (PSN)— Firefighters contained a multi-unit condominium fire Tuesday afternoon in Arden that damaged four residences and prompted a large multi-agency response. One dog was rescued during search operations, while two cats remain unaccounted for.

At approximately 3:08 p.m. Tuesday, the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District was dispatched to the 535 block of Woodside Oaks for a reported commercial structure fire. Initial dispatch information showed a significant response from Sacramento Metro Fire and the Sacramento Fire Department to the condominium complex.

According to Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District Capt. Mark Nunez, firefighters arrived to find a condominium complex with multiple units actively involved in fire.
