Jilberto’s Taco Shop in Pauma Valley burned to the ground early Thursday morning, July 9 according to Cal Fire.
The building was destroyed and Hwy 76 was closed for two and a half hours. Firefighters responded just after 4:30 a.m. to the blaze, which was located at 15265 Hwy 76.
