GRANBURY, Texas — The fight over data centers in Hood County is boiling over on two fronts at once.
In court, a judge dismissed a lawsuit that sought to force the county to approve two proposed data centers. Hood County Commissioner Nannette Samuelson was named as a defendant in that suit. Asked whether she saw the dismissal as a win, Samuelson said she saw it differently.
