- 82-year-old Eldora Bailey’s central air unit stopped working, leaving her apartment with a temperature of 91 degrees, and she is struggling to get it fixed.
Step inside 82-year-old Eldora Bailey’s apartment and you’ll see she has three fans and a ceiling fan constantly blowing.
She lives off Villa Lago Court near Bellefontaine Road in north St. Louis County.
