WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office has made an arrest in a fire that killed 2-year-old Elijah Crump near the town of Hope in January.
The sheriff’s office said it arrested 33-year-old James Crump, the boy’s father, on Tuesday.
