One person was transported to a hospital after jumping from a Baldwin Park overpass onto the eastbound 10 Freeway Thursday afternoon.
At approximately 2:00 p.m., the California Highway Patrol (CHP) Baldwin Park Area Office and the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to the eastbound 10 Freeway near the Frazier Street exit following reports of a person who was unconscious and not breathing on the freeway.
