‘Vision’ leads S.C. man to $500,000 lottery prize

July 16 (UPI) — A South Carolina man heeded the advice of “a vision” that came to him and bought a lottery ticket that earned him $500,000.

The Upstate man told South Carolina Education Lottery officials he was sitting on his porch when he felt the sudden urge to play the lottery.

“I had a vision,” the man said. “It told me to go and get a ticket at the Cracker Jack store, and I got two of them.”

He bought two $10 scratch-offs from the Cracker Jack on Pendleton Street in Greenville and one of them, a Gold Vault Extra Play! game, turned out to be a $500,000 winner…
