INDIANAPOLIS — A person is dead after being struck by a vehicle on Indy’s northwest side Friday morning.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department was dispatched to W 38th St. and Michigan Rd. at around 6:02 a.m. on Friday on a report of a crash.
