TOLEDO, Ohio — A Toledo man has been arrested in connection with the 2020 overdose death of a woman after a Lucas County grand jury indicted him on an involuntary manslaughter charge.
Robert Hines, 41, was arrested Wednesday after authorities issued a warrant following his June 29 indictment in Lucas County Common Pleas Court.
