The Omaha Fire Department is providing nine firefighters to the “Nebraska Task Force-1 Urban Search and Rescue Team” which will be heading to Texas to assist with possible flood rescues.
The Omaha firefighters first joined other team members in Lincoln.
They will head to a San Antonio staging area before moving to their final destination, which is still to be decided…
