DENVER (KDVR) — A suspect fleeing from deputies tried a quick change with stolen clothes, according to a social media post from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday.
Deputies responded to a stolen vehicle driving in the area around Park Meadows Boulevard and Lincoln Avenue. When the deputies initiated contact with the driver, the suspect fled the scene, leading the deputies on a chase into Castle Rock.
After a while, the suspect attempted to escape by ditching the vehicle and hiding. The deputies said that he even tried to conceal his identity by performing a quick change with stolen clothes…
