Erie city officials held a press conference to update the public on their investigation into an arrest that has garnered a lot of attention.
That arrest involved an EPD cruiser veering off the street onto a sidewalk, striking Kevin Sparks on a bicycle, who had warrants out for his arrest.
Video showing the collision, as well as Sparks apparently being punched while he was being subdued on the ground, caused outcry from some in the community…
