NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — An Overton County man has been arrested after an investigation from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Virginia authorities.
According to the TBI, the Fairfax County Police Department received information in May related to a minor sending child sexual abuse material to an adult male via TikTok and text messages.
Virginia police detectives began investigating and identified Tristan Hicks, 22, of Overton County, Tenn., as the user of the TikTok account and phone number.
