OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. (KOKH) — A therapy provider for autistic children in Oklahoma is in the middle of a legal battle with the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) over alleged Medicaid billing fraud.
Mirabelle Care, which was formerly known as KidsChoice Therapy, denies that it committed any type of fraud in SoonerCare billing practices and says any allegations of fraud that may potentially exist relate to acts or omissions under Mirabelle’s prior ownership.
