COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa (WOWT) – A Council Bluffs man was sentenced Thursday to 10 years in prison for a February shooting that sent two people to the hospital.
Edder Morales-Solorio, 22, pleaded guilty earlier this month to three charges, including two counts of willful causing serious injury.
