Today, an IT worker explains how he and his wife—who also works in technology—used their analytical skills to hone in on their perfect home in North Carolina.

Having moved to Charlotte, NC, in 2017, the couple spent four years renting in order to save their money and get to know the area before they began looking for a starter home that made financial sense for them. Rather than dive into the market, they wanted to take the time to figure out exactly where in the city they would be best off, particularly when it came to starting a family.
