LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Louisville Police has issued an Operation Return Home alert for a missing teenager.
Tyreke Earley, 16, has been missing from the 5400 block of Hames Trace since early Monday morning. Police said he walked away from his residence without family knowledge and is dependent on adult supervision.
Earley has a serious medical condition and does not have his medication with him. He’s possibly wearing a black t-shirt and grey jogging pants…
