ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — A brother of one of the two people killed in a downtown Asheville shooting over the weekend spoke with News 13, saying he is devastated and still in shock.
He spoke anonymously because the Asheville Police Department has not yet released the victims’ names as the investigation continues.
