Health officials say 295 cases of a parasite that causes intestinal distress have been identified in Wake County as of Monday, July 20.
There are 307 cases in North Carolina as of July 14, but Wake County Public Health updates the county’s dashboard more frequently than the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services updates statewide numbers. NCDHHS will update case counts on Tuesdays.
