We have a date! The owners of Steigs Grillhouse are putting in long hours to get their new restaurant and butcher shop open by Wednesday, Aug. 5.
Though that opening date may be more medium rare than well done, it all depends on getting the final punch-list items knocked out.
That includes making repairs to the entranceway and retaining wall leading to the parking lot…
