A 3:00 a.m. 911 call from an overnight cleaning crew reporting a man trying to “jiggle open” the back door of a Coral Springs PNC Bank led police to a running van and the arrest of a West Palm Beach man.
According to a Coral Springs Police Department arrest report, Garrett Evan Feldman, 41, of West Palm Beach, was arrested shortly after 3:00 a.m. on July 16 outside the PNC Bank at 2561 North University Drive after officers were dispatched following a call from a member of the bank’s cleaning crew allegedly seeing an unknown man attempting to “jiggle” the rear door handle of the bank.
When officers arrived, they located Feldman’s van parked behind the bank. Police noted the vehicle’s engine was running, and the front cabin had been concealed with sheets and other fabric, making it difficult to see inside…
