20-Year-Old Manorville Man Murders Homeless Man In NY Then Flees: Police

A 32-year-old man was stabbed to death during an altercation in New York, and a 20-year-old man has been charged with murder, police announced early Tuesday morning, July 21.

The victim, identified as Timothy Stark, who was undomiciled, was stabbed in the back during a confrontation on Express Drive South at Route 112 in Medford at approximately 3:30 p.m. Monday, July 20, Suffolk County Police said. He was taken to NYU Langone Hospital–Suffolk in Patchogue, where he was pronounced dead, authorities said.

Joseph Norton, 20, of Manorville, fled the scene in a vehicle after the stabbing, according to the police. Patrol officers located and arrested him a short time later at the intersection of Yaphank Avenue and Horseblock Road in Yaphank…
