CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — After months of uncertainty surrounding the future of the Clarksville Senior Citizens Center, city leaders say they plan to reopen the facility under city operation once they take possession of the building.
The center’s future has been a topic of discussion since April, when questions were raised about its funding and who would operate it. Last week, the Clarksville City Council approved a budget that places the Senior Citizens Center under the city’s Parks and Recreation Department.
