EMPORIA, Va. (WRIC) — Two people are accused of attempted murder after a man was shot in Emporia on the Fourth of July.
At about 11 p.m. on Saturday, July 4, officers with the Emporia Police Department were called to the 300 block of Maryland Avenue for report of shots fired.
