(FOX40.COM) — The Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office announced that no criminal charges will be filed for the fatal light rail station crash that left a woman dead in Folsom.
Around 2:50 p.m. on Jan. 2, a woman later identified as Elinor Steffy, age 22, was at the Iron Point Sacramento Regional Transit station when a car crashed into the platform she was on, before coming to rest on the tracks.
Steffy died and another person was taken to the hospital to be treated for their injuries…
