California troopers made an example out of a semi truck driver who was caught speeding in Santa Barbara County.
According to a July 21 social media post from the California Highway Patrol’s (CHP) Santa Barbara Division, troopers recently stopped a tractor trailer traveling north at 80 m.p.h. on US-101 south of Fairview.
The driver was cited for traveling at more than 15 m.p.h. over the regulated speed limit and for exceeding California’s 55 m.p.h. speed limit for 3 axle vehicles…
