Tech investor Derek Kreunen and his wife, Erin, quietly became some of Jupiter’s newest heavy hitters last Wednesday, shelling out roughly $34 million for a just-finished spec mansion inside The Bear’s Club country club. The roughly 10,900-square-foot estate, completed last year, packs in six bedrooms, multiple living areas, and a 1,600-bottle wine cellar, adding yet another eye-popping sale to Palm Beach County’s luxury market this summer.
According to The Real Deal, property records identify Derek and Erin Kreunen as the buyers, with spec-home developer Stuart Hankin listed as the seller. Margit Brandt of Premier Estate Properties handled the listing, while Mark Griffin of The Bear’s Club Sotheby’s International Realty brought in the buyers. The Real Deal also reports that Hankin bought the lot in 2021 for about $3.4 million and wrapped construction in 2025.
