A POST office location has been shut down by the USPS over risks to customers’ safety.
There’s no timeline for when the counter will reopen, but the Postal Service is issuing guidance on where to go in the meantime.
Locals who relied on the post office at the Hyde Park Shopping Center on 55th Street in Chicago will instead need to go elsewhere for the time being, the Hyde Park Herald reports.
