GODDARD, Kan. (KWCH) – At Tanganyika Wildlife Park, precautions are taken when the temperature gets hot to make sure animals and visitors stay safe and comfortable.
“We monitor temperatures when it gets summertime here in Kansas, and keep an eye on what the heat index is doing and we plan accordingly,” said Jessica Price, Chief of Care with Tanganyika Wildlife Park.
