GILPIN COUNTY, Colo. (KREX) – David Paul Perez, 57, was arrested on Friday on felony financial fraud charges in Gilpin County.
The Colorado Bureau of Investigation made the arrest following a lengthy investigation into an alleged scheme involving over $1.1 million for an uncompleted home construction project.
