Times Union: DOJ challenges NY laws requiring federal agents to show ID and remove face coverings

ALBANY, N.Y. — The Department of Justice (DOJ) is challenging New York laws that require law enforcement officers to forgo face coverings and display identification, calling them an unconstitutional legislative overreach.
