SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (WNYT)- Solstice Kitchen has opened in downtown Schenectady, bringing a new dining option to the former Novel Biblio Brew space.
The restaurant held its ribbon cutting and grand opening at 515 State Street. Owners Brian Van Vranken and Laura Loverro also run Maxon’s Grill in Glenville.
