Sibcy Cline Muscles Across State Line With Fehrman Realty Grab

One of Greater Cincinnati’s biggest real estate names is officially crossing the state line. Sibcy Cline has acquired Fehrman Realty of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, pulling the long-running family brokerage into its regional network.

The Fehrman office at 90 W Eads Parkway will now fly the Sibcy Cline flag as the Lawrenceburg branch. The deal keeps leadership in place, with Holly Fehrman-Allen staying on as branch office manager and Brett Fehrman remaining active in sales. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The purchase surfaced publicly in mid-July, when the Local 12 and the Cincinnati Business Courier noted the deal and reported that the companies were not releasing financial terms. The Courier first covered the announcement on July 16, and Local 12 later carried the Courier’s report.

Fehrman’s Local Roots

Fehrman Realty has been part of the fabric of Southeastern Indiana since 1976. The company lists its office at 90 W Eads Parkway in Lawrenceburg on its website and has been led by siblings Holly Fehrman-Allen and Brett Fehrman. Over the decades, the brokerage has leaned heavily on local relationships and built a book of land and residential listings that gave it deep neighborhood credibility.
