CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Cleveland police said Tuesday that detectives are actively investigating “a disturbing social media video” involving a man and two children.
In the video circulating online, a man grabs a crying child by the neck and slams the child into a couch, as a second child sits nearby. The child goes quiet for eight seconds before being thrown to the ground.
The video again shows the man approach the child, who he swings at and tells to, “get up now.” The 25-second clip then shows the man walk the child out of the room…
