Three Kentucky ice cream parlors are scooping their way into a national bracket-style competition to crown America’s best ice cream. Lexington’s Crank & Boom Craft Ice Cream will face off against Louisville’s The Comfy Cow and Dairy Del in the tournament hosted by The64.
